Katerina Rodiou Dance Schools is one of the largest and most renowned dance schools in Greece. They were established in 1985 by Katerina Rodiou, in Piraeus, and in 2003 in Glyfada, in order to contribute to the cultural development of the area. They are recognized by the state and supervised by the Ministry of Culture and the Region. Today the Schools belong to the Art of Dancing S.M.P.C. For their quality and prestige, the Schools were awarded in April 2002, in Brussels, with the International Award of Tradition and Prestige, an unprecedented distinction for Greek standards.

In our Schools our common vision is to serve the art of dance with faith and passion and to contribute with our creativity for a better world, with values, beauty and culture. Our goal is the development and potential of our students and excellent cooperation with parents, providing a high quality service to all.

The acclaimed work of the Schools, in 36 years of operation, is crowned by the fact that more than 5,000 of our students have been initiated into the art of dance. Of these, 38 have studied on scholarships and work as teachers, choreographers or dancers for the Greek National Opera. Today our Schools are home to our second generation of students, as our once young students now bring their little girls.
