Dimitrios Konstantelos is a Paediatrician – Neonatologist specializing in Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the University Paediatric Clinic of the Carl Gustav Carus University, Dresden, Germany. He was a fellow of the University of Dresden, where he was awarded a doctorate with the degree “summa cum laude” (Excellent). He worked for many years as a Paediatric Attending Physician and head of the Neonatology Department at the University of Dresden. At the same time, he was also the supervising physician of the Obstetrics Clinic of the same University. He participated in the training of medical students and paediatric residents. He has numerous publications in prestigious international journals (Pubmed). He has participated as a speaker in many conferences. He is an active member and secretary of the “European Scientific Collaboration on Neonatal Resuscitation”. He currently maintains a private paediatric practice in the southern suburbs in the area of Glyfada.
