The doctor graduated from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and started her surgical training at the “G.Gennimatas” hospital. She continued in Great Britain where she completed her training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She trained in burns at Pinderfields hospital burn unit, Wakefield, in extremity surgery and reconstructive plastic surgery at Lister hospital, Stevenage and Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel. She gained extensive experience in aesthetic plastic surgery and reconstructive breast surgery whilst working at Chelsea and Westminster hospital, London. Results of her work have been presented at Greek and foreign medical conferences and published in international plastic surgery journals. She is involved in research on the use of growth factors in tissue regeneration and holds a Master in Surgical Science and Plastic Surgery UCL. She is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS) and the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). Since 2005, he has maintained a private practice in Athens, in the Glyfada area and has been working with the Metropolitan Hospital. Her main interests include facial and breast aesthetics and breast reconstruction after mastectomy. She participates in international conferences and courses and her main concern is to keep up to date and continuously educate herself on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery so that the services she provides to her patients are always personalized, safe and modern.
