“We fit so well together” is their motto and we can’t help but agree, since Pere Bar & Rotisserie and Ubu Pure Food are the ultimate all-day experience of the southern suburbs and beyond. The beginning was 10 years ago, when the restaurant-bar Pere Ubu managed to become the ultimate destination spot and made Kyprou Street in Glyfada a hotspot. A place with a unique design and hospitality of European standards, which became the talk of the town in Athens for its relaxed philosophy, its upscale menu, its excellent cocktails and its famous parties.

A few years ago it was renewed, transformed into Pere Bar & Rotisserie and introduced us to its “little brother”, Ubu Pure Food, a fresh concept with an emphasis on organic bio & healthy food, immersing us in a 360° experience! So, the day starts early in the morning in their sunny and blooming courtyard with speciality coffees, drinks and exquisite breakfast and brunch proposals. At noon we stop to sample the wonderful delicacies from a comfort food menu with a vegetable-forward philosophy signed by acclaimed chef Kostas Tsigas, while in the afternoon we relax with after-work cocktails from a well-read list of signature selections from acclaimed bartenders.

As the evening draws in, the fun takes over with catchy music from resident and guest DJs and socializing among the best crowd. And if you’re wondering how two completely different concepts can come together in perfect harmony, the people at Pere Ubu manage to do it with great success and it’s no coincidence that they are creating trends, having with them over the years the most… demanding audience from Greece and abroad, which has established it as the ultimate spot for every moment of the day! Daily 08:00 – as long as it goes (the kitchen until 01:00, brunch until 18:00).
