Our Philosophy
What does success mean?
High grades, admission to a university school can define the potential of a successful student. But this success hardly arises if the child does not learn to successfully deal with so many other issues that he or she is required to deal with and manage just because he or she is a child.
By being sensitive to the needs of children as learners and above all as young people for 22 consecutive years we have provided an education far more meaningful than ‘tutorial help’.
Our strictly 6-member classes allow us to teach and at the same time communicate with all our students, to exchange thoughts and reflections, to understand their strengths and weaknesses, to understand and assimilate knowledge .
The pursuit of homogeneity is about effectively supporting our students. Since not all children are the same, nor do they have the same goals, let alone the same pathway, we structure classes so that all of them are supported appropriately and effectively. After all, teamwork and collaboration are conditions that help each child feel safe, express questions, make the most of what is good and discover their best.
Individualized instruction is as necessary as each child’s unique needs are. Along with group programs, many children are also supported individually. When we discern particular weaknesses we do not overlook them. Nor do we excuse them. We address them together – students and teachers .
And all of this is framed by a very visible and distinctive context that permeates the place and is noticed from the first moment by anyone who visits. Love, dedication, respect, a cooperative and team spirit, professionalism and consistency are principles that we all embrace who recommend the Eneka Paideias, because “Paideia” (education) is the driving force, starting and ending point of every journey.
