All the raw materials, sauces and accompaniments that go into the dish you order are made from scratch – daily.
Authentic Mexican peppers (chipotle, ancho, habanero,
piquin, morita) and all meats come from animals fed exclusively on plant-based, hormone-free foods.
The absolute freshness of the raw materials is demonstrated, among other things, even by the fact that Ancho’s kitchen has neither a microwave nor a freezer.
As far as respect for the environment is concerned, the disposable products used in the store are fully biodegradable and are produced from natural sugar cane, while, at the same time, where the Greek market allows, products and paper stock made from recycled paper are used.
