All Senses Gastronomy restaurant was the inspiration of the architectural team Anastasis Sotovikis + B, creators also of the culinary project “spiti” , which means “home” in Greek and gives the impression of a simple and welcoming home. All Senses Gastronomy is based on the creator’s architectural knowledge, their love for creativity and their culinary experience. Reviving their childhood memories, when a formal dinner invitation demanded a perfect combination of guests, carefully planned menu, the scent of fresh flowers and the appropriate music, they decided to embody all the above in a uniquely designed space of one table for twelve ‘travelers’. Awarded Danish chef Ronny Emborg created the “Odyssey” menu of 24 dishes combining raw and slow food, introducing the concept of Sensory Kitchen, a dining experience that awakens all the senses. The dishes are served with an assortment of wines perfectly paired with each dish and the dining experience is enhanced by the audiovisual stimulus that accompanies each separate dish, allowing you to travel through seasons and places without leaving the room. The dishes are based on locally produced ingredients and simplicity is the key which combines old and new techniques for a healthy and delicious meal.
